We connect NetSuite to the other systems your business runs on, so orders, inventory, invoices and customer records move between them without anyone retyping data. Depending on the job we build with Celigo, Dell Boomi, SuiteScript or NetSuite’s native connectors, and we maintain the integrations after they go live.

Systems we connect to NetSuite

  • Shopify
  • Salesforce
  • Third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
  • EDI with large customers and trading partners, for purchase orders, advance ship notices and invoices
  • Custom APIs that move data in both directions
  • Specialist third-party systems, such as the one we connected for an aerospace manufacturer

How we build and run an integration

Our developers build integrations through Celigo and Boomi when a proven connector exists, and with SuiteScript, RESTlets or SuiteTalk when the logic is specific to your business. We test against real records from your business before go-live.

Each integration signs in with token-based authentication through its own role, limited to the records it needs. Our managed services clients get ongoing support for the connectors and the data flowing between them, and our compliance and security reviews cover integration access in detail.

For a wholesale chemical distributor, we delivered integrations that removed manual data entry as part of an ongoing support engagement. For an aerospace manufacturer, we built a custom integration into a third-party system the business depends on, so the two stay in step without anyone rekeying data. We also connect manufacturers to EDI, so orders, ship notices and invoices move between them and their trading partners without a person copying documents from one screen to another.

Common questions

Which integration platform should we use?

That depends on the systems involved and how much of the logic is specific to your business. Celigo and Boomi work well for common connections that have proven connectors, and SuiteScript is the better choice when the logic is particular to your business. We recommend one after we see what you need to connect.

Can you fix an integration someone else built?

Yes. We review how it signs in, what its role can reach and where it fails, then repair it or rebuild it, and we explain which before we start.

Do you support integrations after go-live?

Yes. Managed services clients get support for their connectors and the data flowing through them, and we also work by the hour if you only need help occasionally.
