Swyft ERP is a boutique ERP consulting firm focusing on NetSuite and staffed by a handful of the top ERP Experts. We help our clients navigate the complexities of an ERP system in order to provide the delightful NetSuite experience that they were sold on, but have yet to actualize.
Things we hear on a weekly basis from new client meetings:
- We’ve had NetSuite for a number of years, but we just use it for our monthly accounting close, and we’re still using our old system for everything else.
- We pay for ACS, but it’s taking forever to get anything done and they’re telling us that X, Y, or Z is not possible.
- Our employees don’t feel confident; they didn’t get the training to use the system properly.
The great thing about NetSuite is that anything is possible, really I mean that really, and I say that because the platform is so highly customizable in every single company we’ve worked with is unique in their business processes and in what they want to see and how they want to get their work done. The problem can be that there can be many solutions and we, as the experts can help you explore the different options to find the right fit because native NetSuite can do a lot of the basics things there are similar across many different business verticals, but when you have specific processes, there needs to be a conversation of how can we leverage native net suite as much as possible, and what do we need to customize, and what needs an entire custom solution built to interact with NetSuite in a meaningful way.
We educate our clients as there may be the Cadillac solution that will do everything they want and look exactly how they want but sometimes leveraging native net suite with small customizations may be enough to get your company moving in the right direction.
Fundamentally NetSuite is in accounting platform not just a database you throw documents and transactions at. With every implementation, we’ve done part of the process is looking at your existing data in figuring out how it fits into a grown-up ERP system because you can get away with a lot of inaccuracies through the lack of nuance by using Excel or QuickBooks that you can’t get away when using a real ERP system where every transaction has a specific GL impact and is linked to the other records in your system.
if you’re a startup looking to become a grown-up and you know an ERP system is the right move for your company then you would be best served by talking to expert consultants in this field who have been doing it for over a dozen years to find out the questions you should be asking yourself, your company and your data before you make the big purchase of an EP system and the clock starts ticking making you pay for something that you aren’t fully utilizing yet.
We aim to delight our clients, provide timely responses in service, and move quickly to delight our clients in a way no other big consulting firm could at a great value.
