Robert has worked with NetSuite since 2013 and completed his first implementation in 2014, 13 years of ERP and NetSuite experience across dozens of implementations in a wide range of industries. He leads system architecture, configuration standards, and quality assurance on every engagement.
His background covers full life-cycle ERP implementations, advanced SuiteScript development, complex integrations, and direct collaboration with business stakeholders. Before founding Swyft ERP he was a senior NetSuite developer supporting a platform of roughly 150 users processing billions in daily payments, where he led development teams and established coding and version control standards.

Randel is a Certified Public Accountant with ERP accounting and implementation experience on both sides of the vendor relationship. He came to us from Oracle NetSuite, where he was a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in the Advanced Accounting product area, and before that from Ernst & Young as an audit associate.
