Swyft ERP is a NetSuite-focused consultancy in Seattle, specializing in implementations, integrations, automation, and long-term ERP support for operationally complex organizations.

We are a boutique firm by choice. Our delivery model is senior-led and hands-on: the people who design your system are the people who build it, and they stay on your project. That focus and responsiveness is the thing large firms structurally cannot offer, and it is the reason most of our clients came to us.

NetSuite is the skeleton. We put the meat on the bones.

Swyft ERP was formerly a NetSuite partner and reseller, so we understand that side of the business from the inside — and it taught us something worth being direct about.

Oracle is very good at selling NetSuite. That is what the sales organization is built to do, and it does it well. But selling you the platform and getting your business actually running efficiently on it are two entirely different jobs, and the second one is not the one that closes the deal.

We are very good at the second job. Supporting clients on NetSuite, and doing the work to get a business operating efficiently on it — configuration, automation, integration, reporting, and the cleanup nobody wants to own.

NetSuite out of the box is a skeleton. It is a good one — the structure is sound and it will hold weight. But a skeleton does not move on its own. The work of making it move for your business is what we do.

An independent lens on licensing

Because we no longer hold any financial relationship or incentive with Oracle, we can advise you on modules and contract terms as a genuinely independent party working on your behalf. We will tell you which add-on modules you actually need and which you do not.

That is an unusual position, and it is worth understanding when you are choosing who to take licensing advice from.

How we work

  • Configuration first. We minimize customization and preserve maintainability. Every script added carelessly is a future upgrade problem, and we would rather solve a requirement with configuration than with code we will have to defend in two years.
  • Phased and milestone-driven. Each phase builds on approved outcomes from the last, with your review before we advance. You always know where the project is.
  • Audit-ready by default. We build so that calculations, rates, and inputs stay traceable inside the system. This matters more than it sounds like it does.
  • Training built into delivery, not bolted on at the end. Adoption is what determines whether an implementation was worth doing.

Expert-led, AI-accelerated

We use AI tooling throughout delivery, and it makes us meaningfully faster — at data analysis, at migration work, at building and testing customizations.

What it does not do is replace the consultant. You work with our people. The architecture decisions, the accounting judgment, and the accountability are human, and they are ours. AI is how we deliver faster, not who you are working with — and the reason it works for us is that experienced people are directing it.

Beyond NetSuite

NetSuite is our primary focus and the platform we know most deeply. We also consult on other ERP systems — Odoo, Acumatica, and ERPNext among them.

That breadth is useful in two situations: when you are still choosing a platform and want an assessment from someone not incentivized to land you on one, and when you are running something other than NetSuite and need help making it work. Ask us — if we are not the right fit we will say so.

The team

A NetSuite architect working on the platform since 2013, a CPA who audited at Ernst & Young and worked inside Oracle NetSuite, and a team of NetSuite developers and administrators behind them.
